The Ministry of Housing and Water, in collaboration with the Central Housing and Planning Authority (CH&PA), has officially launched its 2025 Mashramani costume band, signaling its intent to retain the medium band category title.

The unveiling event featured a vibrant display of energy and enthusiasm, with steel pan music setting the atmosphere.

Officials from the ministry emphasized their commitment to maintaining their dominance in the competition, highlighting the team’s dedication to both their professional duties and cultural participation.

This year’s costumes, designed by Jermaine Broomes, draw inspiration from the Young Professional Housing Scheme and incorporate colors reflecting themes of strength, prosperity, and unity.

The design aims to capture the ministry’s ongoing efforts in national development.

The band’s road performance will be supported by a dynamic presentation of dancers and live steel pan music, reinforcing its strong presence in the upcoming Mashramani Costume and Band Competition.

With last year’s victory setting the stage, the ministry has expressed confidence in delivering an even more impactful showcase at this year’s celebrations.
