President of Cricket West Indies (CWI), Dr. Kishore Shallow, has responded to recent claims made in a joint statement issued by the Guyana Cricket Board (GCB) and the Barbados Cricket Association (BCA) regarding concerns over an upcoming regional board meeting on governance reforms.
Dr. Shallow dismissed the claims, calling the statement “decorated” and highlighting discrepancies in his fellow directors’ recollections.
Despite these disagreements, he expressed satisfaction at their planned attendance at the important meeting scheduled for Sunday, February 9.
The meeting will address proposed resolutions aimed at amending the Articles of Association in alignment with governance recommendations.
Both BCA President Conde Riley and GCB Chief Bissondyal Singh have signed on to the statement, affirming their participation in the discussion.
