Marian Academy and Santa Rosa Primary Set for Courts Pee Wee U-11 Final

Santa Rosa Primary and Marian Academy are ready to clash for the prestigious title of Courts Pee Wee Under-11 football champions.

The highly anticipated final will take place on Saturday at the Ministry of Education ground.

Both teams earned their spots in the grand finale with identical 2-1 victories in their respective semifinal matches—Marian Academy defeating St. Pius and Santa Rosa edging out St. John the Baptist.

Youth footballer Cristiano La Rose from Marian Academy expressed his confidence in his team’s chances, saying, “We’ll try our best no matter what… It will feel great if we win, and I think we can take the final.”

Meanwhile, Santa Rosa’s captain Ethan John highlighted the strength of his team, describing it as a well-balanced unit capable of handling any challenge Marian Academy presents. “We’ve got a great squad and we’re ready to prove ourselves with the ball,” he said.

The tournament’s final day of action will kick off at 4:00 p.m. with the third-place play-off between St. Pius and St. John the Baptist, followed by the grand finale at 5:00 p.m.

The 11th edition of this tournament promises a thrilling conclusion as a new champion will be crowned.
