Guyana is increasingly making its mark on the global stage, opening up new avenues for economic growth and regional collaboration, according to Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Hugh Todd.

The government is actively broadening its global footprint, especially in areas like energy, tourism, and infrastructure.
Todd outlined that Guyana’s comprehensive foreign policy is centered on safeguarding its sovereignty and territorial integrity while bolstering regional integration.
It also aims to achieve energy, food, and climate security, underscoring the nation’s commitment to sustainable development as it navigates its growing role on the world stage.
