The match, held at the Ministry of Education ground, saw the GDF women’s team taking the initiative and launching a relentless attack against the Region Eight Unit.
Jalade Trim emerged as a standout player, showcasing her prowess by netting a hat-trick.
Trim’s first goal came in the 21st minute, giving the GDF team a one-nil lead at halftime.
